By registering, you and all players on your team agree to the Titan Football Tournaments Participant Waiver. Please read the full terms before checking the boxes below.

I have read and agree to the Titan Football Tournaments Waiver - including acknowledgment of risk, release of liability, code of conduct, media consent, and all other terms, on behalf of myself and my entire team.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required after registration to confirm your team spot. This deposit goes toward your full team fee. Full payment is due one week before the tournament.

Spots are limited to 12 teams — first paid, first confirmed.
You'll receive a confirmation once payment is verified.
